Now under new ownership (that’s us 👋), Puntas Tree House remains true to its roots while stepping into a new chapter of island hospitality — combining laid-back comfort with thoughtful upgrades, local flavor, and just the right touch of magic.
This spacious, breezy second-floor flat is perfect for families, couples traveling together, or small groups looking for a place to truly settle in. Elevated above the garden and nestled among the palms, the unit captures the best of Rincón’s natural light — from sun-filled mornings to soft golden evenings as it filters through the trees.
Inside, you’ll find two private bedrooms, each with a queen bed and styled for restful simplicity. A full kitchen provides everything you need to prepare beach snacks or easy home-cooked meals, while the dining area invites long conversations, game nights, and shared stories after a day by the sea. Step outside onto one of two private balconies to enjoy the ocean breeze and catch glimpses of the horizon beyond.
