This is a non-smoking, pet-free home with quiet hours after 10 PM. Please note that Puerto Rico may occasionally experience brief water or power interruptions. The lively area can come with some street noise, and tropical insects are a natural part of island life—using earplugs and keeping lights off at night can help ensure peaceful evenings.
The property uses an eco-friendly solar hot water system. Hot water may take a moment to reach the tap—please let the water run briefly and turn the handle fully.
