This spacious three-bedroom, two-story apartment is designed for comfortable group stays. The first floor features a bedroom with a king bed, while the second floor includes one bedroom with two full beds and another with a queen bed, offering plenty of room for everyone. A fully equipped kitchen supports easy meal prep, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table or on the private patio, which also includes an outdoor shower. The living area opens directly onto the patio, creating bright, seamless indoor–outdoor living.
You’ll be within walking distance of Old San Juan’s best restaurants, bars, shops, and landmarks, ideal for exploring the city by foot.
This is a non-smoking, pet-free home with quiet hours beginning at 10 PM. As with many areas in Puerto Rico, brief water or power interruptions may occasionally occur.
Please note: Old San Juan is a lively and historic district with an active nightlife and steady foot traffic. Street noise is part of the experience—especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during peak travel seasons, holidays, or local events when the area becomes even more vibrant. This space is best suited for guests who enjoy being in the center of it all or who don’t mind the sounds of a bustling city. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs for added comfort.
The property features an eco-friendly solar hot water system. Hot water may take a moment to reach the tap, so we recommend letting it run briefly and turning the handle fully.
Please also note that the apartment is located toward the top of Old San Juan, which involves a steep walk to and from the property. Keep this in mind when planning your arrival, especially if traveling with luggage.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $500 penalty fee will apply for any smoking-related violations.

When leaving the property to explore the area, please turn off all lights and set the A/C to a higher temperature or turn it off when possible. This helps conserve energy and supports our sustainability efforts.

The building does not have an elevator, you must climb stairs to get to the apartment. As you enter the apartment, you are greeted by a spacious, inviting living room designed for relaxation and comfort. The large, comfortable sofa is perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The living room features high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing plenty of natural light to brighten the space. From here, you can enjoy the vibrant views of the Miramar neighborhood, a perfect backdrop for a morning coffee or an evening of relaxation. The living area also provides a cozy atmosphere for socializing, playing games, or watching your favorite shows.
The apartment boasts a modern and fully-equipped kitchen that makes cooking a pleasure. Whether you're preparing a simple breakfast or a full dinner, you'll find everything you need, including a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, blender, and coffee maker. To ensure a comfortable and convenient stay, the apartment is stocked with a variety of essential items. Two trash bags, two rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and one dish sponge are provided for your convenience. Each bathroom is equipped with dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and each guest is provided with one bath towel. Please note that laundry detergent is not provided. If you require any additional items or assistance during your stay, the host is happy to help.
The building has a backup generator and a water cistern, but power outages may still occur due to interruptions in the electric company’s service. In the event of an outage lasting more than three hours, guests may cancel their reservation and request a refund for unused nights. However, refunds will not be provided for nights that have already been used.
The Miramar area is home to an exceptional food scene, with a wide range of dining options to suit every taste. From vegan options to traditional Puerto Rican dishes, there’s something for everyone. While the apartment does not have designated parking, there is a public parking lot across the street, and street parking is also available nearby. We highly recommend using Uber for getting around the Miramar area and beyond. Uber is a convenient option for traveling locally and is readily available in the neighborhood.
