Please note that the building does not currently have a full-building backup generator.
Puerto Rico may occasionally experience interruptions to electricity or water service due to circumstances involving the local utility providers. These interruptions may occur unexpectedly and are outside the host's control.
We appreciate your patience and understanding should an unexpected utility interruption occur during your stay.
The host is unable to reimburse or assume the cost of alternate accommodations, transportation, hotels, or vacation rentals resulting from a temporary interruption of electricity or water service.
If an interruption to electricity or water continues for more than three consecutive hours, guests may contact the host through Airbnb to discuss cancellation of the remaining portion of the reservation and a refund for eligible unused nights, subject to Airbnb's applicable policies and procedures.
Nights that have already been occupied are not refundable solely because of a subsequent utility interruption.
We will always do our best to keep guests informed and assist however reasonably possible should an unexpected service interruption occur.
