Our cozy two-bedroom apartment is conveniently located in Puerta de Tierra, just a short distance from Old San Juan and only a few minutesâ walk from El EscambrĂłn Beach. You'll be perfectly situated to enjoy the best of what San Juan has to offer!
The apartment features two bedrooms with queen beds, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Tastefully decorated throughout, it provides a comfortable and inviting space for relaxing after a day of exploring the city or the nearby beach.

comfort during these moments.
The vibrant atmosphere of Puerto Rico means street noise is part of the experience. If you're a light sleeper, consider bringing earplugs. Additionally, while we do our best to keep insects away, the tropical weather here means they can be a bit persistent. There are seasonal bugs that are attracted to light, so we advise turning off the lights to minimize the inconvenience.! đđ´

While the apartment does not have designated parking, there is a parking lot in front of the building, and street parking is available nearby.
The building has a backup generator and a water cistern to help maintain services during occasional power or water outages. However, interruptions due to the electric companyâs service may still occur. If an outage lasts more than three hours, guests may request a refund for unused nights.
The apartment is located on the second floor and requires climbing stairs, as there is no elevator. Additionally, there is no designated parking, but street parking is available, and a parking lot is located in front of the building. Please note that a nightclub operates below the building on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, which may result in some noise during those evenings.
