Just a quick heads-up! The building doesn’t have an elevator, so you’ll need to take the stairs to reach the apartment. The living area features high ceilings and a spacious, cozy layout designed for comfort and relaxation. A plush sofa provides the perfect spot to unwind while taking in the stunning views of Miramar through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Whether you're enjoying a quiet evening or entertaining guests, this inviting space blends hotel-style amenities with the warmth of a home.

If a power or water outage lasts more than three hours, guests have the option to cancel their reservation and request a refund for unused nights. Refunds will not be provided for nights that have already been used. The host will not cover the cost of alternative accommodations or transportation in the event of service interruptions.
