Just a quick heads-up! The building doesn’t have an elevator, so you’ll need to take the stairs to reach the apartment. The living area features high ceilings and a spacious, cozy layout designed for comfort and relaxation. A plush sofa provides the perfect spot to unwind while taking in the stunning views of Miramar through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Whether you're enjoying a quiet evening or entertaining guests, this inviting space blends hotel-style amenities with the warmth of a home.
The bright, modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a convenient stay. It includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, blender, and coffee maker. The open-concept design allows guests to enjoy the fresh Caribbean breeze while preparing meals in this well-appointed space. With all the essentials provided, the only thing guests need to bring is their food.
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The bedroom is designed for restful nights, with fresh linens provided to ensure a cozy stay. Additional sleeping arrangements in the living area offer flexibility for guests.

While these measures are in place, occasional and unplanned interruptions in service may still occur due to issues with the electric company. If a power or water outage lasts more than three hours, guests have the option to cancel their reservation and request a refund for unused nights. Refunds will not be provided for nights that have already been used. The host will not cover the cost of alternative accommodations or transportation in the event of service interruptions.

A nightclub is located below the building and is open on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, which may result in some noise on those nights.
