Welcome to Brisamare Apartment 4, a modern 1-bedroom unit located on the second floor of a gated multifamily property in Ocean Park, San Juan. Designed for comfort, style, and convenience, this apartment is fully equipped and ideal for both short and extended stays. The distance from our place to Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport (SJU) is approximately 3.7 miles (about 6 kilometers). By car, it usually takes 10 to 15 minutes, depending on traffic.
Second-level apartment. One bedroom features a queen bed, inverter air conditioning, a closet, and a dresser with a mirror and drawers. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower with on-demand hot water, along with complimentary amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and beach towels.
The fully equipped kitchennette includes a four-burner gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, blender, drip coffee maker, cookware, dishes, utensils, glasses, coffee mugs, and pantry essentials like coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil. The dining area features a glass table for four, seamlessly connected to a cozy living room with a Smart TV and an additional air conditioning unit.
The apartment offers high-speed Wi-Fi, a full backup generator that powers the entire unit during outages, and a water cistern to ensure continuous water supply.
Guests will have full and private access to the entire Apartment 4, located on the second floor. This includes:

The property features a self check-in system with smart locks. A key fob for the common area gates, codes for pedestrian gates, and the beeper for the vehicle gate, as well as the apartment door code, will be provided prior to your arrival. Check-in is available anytime after 4:00 PM.
We aim to provide guests with a comfortable, private, and uninterrupted stay. However, we’re always available if you need assistance before, during, or after your reservation.
Communication is handled primarily through the Airbnb platform for safety and organization. In case of emergencies or special situations, we can also be reached by phone.

The pool, BBQ area, and laundry room are shared amenities for Brisamare guests only. No outside visitors are allowed.
The balcony is private and belongs exclusively to Apartment 4.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. No parties or events.

Also you can see all of Old San Juan with a kind stroll of 25-30 minutes walk to enjoy the coast of our Metropolis in San Juan. Also, La Placita de Santurce is a 15 minute walk to enjoy of the puertorrican culture and nightlife.
This property is unique in its location and Uber is very accessible in San Juan so you will have no problems if you don't rent a car.
There is currently a construction taking place in the house next to our unit. Please take this into consideration because we do not have control over it.
