Additionally, there’s a nightclub located downstairs, open only on Friday and Saturday nights, which may result in some noise during those times.

For getting around, we recommend using Uber within the local area. If you're planning to explore outside San Juan, renting a car will be more convenient, as Uber and taxis may be harder to find in other areas. While the apartment doesn't have designated parking, there is a public parking lot across the street, and street parking is available nearby.

The building is equipped with a backup generator and a water cistern, but occasional power and water outages may still occur due to interruptions in the electric company's service. If there is a disruption lasting more than three hours, guests may cancel their reservation and request a refund for the unused nights, but no refunds will be provided for nights already stayed.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and includes a private balcony—an ideal spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking and dining at home: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils. For your comfort, we've also included a TV and a hair dryer.
Please note that the building does not have an elevator, so stairs are required to access the apartment. While private parking is not available, a secure 24-hour public parking lot is conveniently located just across the street.
To provide peace of mind during your stay, the building has a backup generator and a water cistern to help maintain essential services during power or water outages. While these measures are in place, occasional and unplanned interruptions in service may still occur due to issues with the electric company.
