Traveling to popular destinations like Old San Juan, the Convention Center District, San Juan Cruise Port Terminal, Plaza Las Americas, and the airports is quick and easy, with all these attractions being 5 to 20 minutes away. Whether you're a small or large group, our building can host up to 53 guests across our nine beautifully renovated apartments. If you need additional sleeping space, the living area includes a comfy couch that pulls out to become a full-sized bed, providing space for up to two extra guests. Please let us know in advance if you'll require the sofa bed. You'll find a full kitchen equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, from pots and pans to utensils and dishes. Enjoy your meal at the cozy dining table or grab a quick bite at one of the many nearby restaurants. The bathroom is clean and modern, with fresh towels and toiletries provided for your convenience. Our studio's location is truly unbeatable, situated within walking distance of many of the city's top restaurants, sights, and attractions. Please note that the wifi may not be very strong due to the structure of the building and the heavy use of limestone. We encourage you to disconnect and fully enjoy your stay in the studio.
