The lively area can come with some street noise, and tropical insects are a natural part of island life—using earplugs and keeping lights off at night can help ensure peaceful evenings.
The property uses an eco-friendly solar hot water system. Hot water may take a moment to reach the tap—please let the water run briefly and turn the handle fully.
Please note: the property is located toward the top of Old San Juan, which means there is a steep walk to and from the apartment. Please keep this in mind when planning your stay, especially if you’ll be toting luggage.

Enjoy a private balcony with seating, free WiFi, washing machine, dryer and secure parking. The building offers a backup generator and water cistern. Located just 1.5 miles from the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum.
