Bright, comfortable & thoughtfully designed, it includes a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave & coffee machine, three TVs, air conditioning & ceiling fans for your comfort. Enjoy the private furnished balcony, free high-speed WiFi, washer & dryer.
For added peace of mind, the property is equipped with a large 1,400-gallon water cistern and a backup power generator, helping ensure continued access to essential services during unexpected utility interruptions.
Guests also have access to 3 first-come, first-served parking spots at the property, plus free street parking. Located just 1.5 miles from the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum, close to shops, restaurants & local attractions.
To help keep our guests and the property safe, we have security cameras installed in the exterior areas of the property. Please note that there are no cameras inside the home or in any private areas.
Note: Our rates include accommodation for up to 2 guests. If you’re traveling with more people, no problem! 😊 Just note that there is an additional fee of $20 per extra guest, per night.
