Enjoy a private balcony with seating, free WiFi, washing machine, dryer and secure parking. The building offers a backup generator and water cistern. Located just 1.5 miles from the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum.

To help keep our guests and the property safe, we have security cameras installed in the exterior areas of the property. Please note that there are no cameras inside the home or in any private areas.

Note: Our rates include accommodation for up to 2 guests. If you’re traveling with more people, no problem! 😊 Just note that there is an additional fee of $20 per extra guest, per night.
