The apartment is located in the heart of Miramar, making it an excellent choice for small families or groups. Please note, the building has no elevator, so you’ll need to take the stairs to reach the apartment. and there is no designated parking available. Additionally, there’s a nightclub located downstairs, open only on Friday and Saturday nights, which may result in some noise during those times.

For getting around, we recommend using Uber within the local area. If you're planning to explore outside San Juan, renting a car will be more convenient, as Uber and taxis may be harder to find in other areas. If there is a disruption lasting more than three hours, guests may cancel their reservation and request a refund for the unused nights, but no refunds will be provided for nights already stayed.
