This is a non-smoking, pet-free home with quiet hours beginning at 10 PM. As with many areas in Puerto Rico, brief water or power interruptions may occasionally occur.
Please note: Old San Juan is a lively and historic district with an active nightlife and steady foot traffic. Street noise is part of the experience—especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during peak travel seasons, holidays, or local events when the area becomes even more vibrant.
