Old San Juan is a vibrant, colorful city with over 500 years of history. You’ll be just a short 10-minute walk from Castillo San Felipe del Morro, only minutes away from some of the best bars in the world, surrounded by incredible restaurants, and just steps from breathtaking ocean views.
Please note that as part of a historic district, buildings are constructed primarily of brick, which naturally retains humidity. To ensure your comfort, we provide dehumidifiers for your use if needed.
You’ll be staying in a prime location with endless options for dining, sightseeing, and enjoying the magic of island nights. Getting around is easy—you can walk, Uber, take a taxi, rent a car, or access public transportation right at the entrance of Old San Juan.
Parking: We recommend parking at La Puntilla Parking Lot or Cuartel de Ballajá.

During peak travel seasons, holidays, and local events, the area becomes significantly busier, which can result in higher noise levels at all hours. This space is best suited for guests who enjoy being in the center of the action or who don’t mind the sounds of a vibrant city. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs for added comfort.
Additionally, the AC in the living room may occasionally stop working. If this happens, we’ll provide simple step-by-step instructions to quickly get it back up and running—no stress, just a quick fix!
