In the heart of the tourist-friendly Condado zone, you can easily walk to Condado Beach, Ashford Avenue, and the vibrant La Placita with its trendy bars and restaurants. Convenience stores like Walgreens and CVS are just a short walk from your doorstep.
Enjoy easy parking with a public lot just a minute away and ample free street parking. For convenience, a coin laundry room with wash cycles at $2.00 and dryers at $3.00, including coins upon request and complimentary laundry detergent.
Traveling to popular destinations like Old San Juan, the Convention Center District, San Juan Cruise Port Terminal, Plaza Las Americas, and the airports is quick and easy, with all these attractions being 5 to 20 minutes away. Whether you're a small or large group, our building can host up to 53 guests across our nine beautifully renovated apartments.

If you're a light sleeper, consider bringing earplugs. Additionally, while we do our best to keep critters away, the tropical weather here means they can be a bit persistent. There are seasonal bugs that are attracted to light, so we advise turning off the lights to encourage them to move away. We're really looking forward to hosting you and ensuring you have an amazing time, embracing everything that makes Puerto Rico special!
