Stay in a spacious three-bedroom apartment featuring a king bed in the master and two additional bedrooms with queen beds—perfect for families or groups. Please note that access to the apartment involves a steep spiral staircase, consistent with the building’s historic character. We kindly ask that you keep this in mind if you are visiting with large or heavy luggage. Due to the staircase design, the space may not be suitable for individuals with mobility limitations.
You’ll be just steps from restaurants, shops, and iconic landmarks like El Morro, making it easy to explore everything Old San Juan has to offer. This is a non-smoking, pet-free home with quiet hours after 10 PM. Puerto Rico may experience occasional power or water interruptions, and tropical insects are part of island life—earplugs and keeping lights off at night can help ensure restful evenings.
The property uses an eco-friendly solar hot water system. Hot water may take a moment to reach the tap—please let the water run briefly and turn the handle fully.
Please note: Old San Juan is a lively, historic district with an active nightlife and steady foot traffic. Street noise is to be expected, especially in the evenings and on weekends. During peak travel seasons, holidays, and local events, the area can become significantly busier, which may result in higher noise levels at all hours.
