Whether you're starting your day exploring the city or unwinding in the evening, this centrally located retreat ensures an unforgettable stay. Just a quick heads-up! The building doesn’t have an elevator, so you’ll need to take the stairs to reach the apartment. The living area features high ceilings and a spacious, cozy layout designed for comfort and relaxation. A plush sofa provides the perfect spot to unwind while taking in the stunning views of Miramar through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Whether you're enjoying a quiet evening or entertaining guests, this inviting space blends hotel-style amenities with the warmth of a home. The bright, modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a convenient stay. It includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, blender, and coffee maker. The open-concept design allows guests to enjoy the fresh Caribbean breeze while preparing meals in this well-appointed space. With all the essentials provided, the only thing guests need to bring is their food. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The bedroom is designed for restful nights, with fresh linens provided to ensure a cozy stay. Additional sleeping arrangements in the living area offer flexibility for guests. The bathroom is well-appointed and stocked with fresh towels, a shower, and essential toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For added convenience, guests will find basic supplies such as trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and a dish sponge. However, laundry detergent is not provided. The building has a backup generator and a water cistern to help maintain essential services during power or water outages. While these measures are in place, occasional and unplanned interruptions in service may still occur due to issues with the electric company. If a power or water outage lasts more than three hours, guests have the option to cancel their reservation and request a refund for unused nights. Refunds will not be provided for nights that have already been used. The host will not cover the cost of alternative accommodations or transportation in the event of service interruptions. The apartment is located on the second floor, and there is no elevator in the building. There is no designated parking, but guests can find street parking or use a nearby parking lot. A nightclub is located below the building and is open on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, which may result in some noise on those nights. Miramar is one of San Juan’s most vibrant neighborhoods, offering a mix of history, culture, and entertainment. The apartment is conveniently close to Old San Juan, El Morro, Castillo San Cristóbal, and Condado Lagoon, where visitors can enjoy paddleboarding and kayaking. The nearby Distrito T-Mobile provides excellent dining and nightlife options, while Plaza Las Américas and The Mall of San Juan offer fantastic shopping experiences.
