The building doesn’t have an elevator, so you’ll need to take the stairs to reach the apartment. While these measures are in place, occasional and unplanned interruptions in service may still occur due to issues with the electric company. If a power or water outage lasts more than three hours, guests have the option to cancel their reservation and request a refund for unused nights. Refunds will not be provided for nights that have already been used. The host will not cover the cost of alternative accommodations or transportation in the event of service interruptions. The apartment is located on the second floor, and there is no elevator in the building. There is no designated parking, but guests can find street parking or use a nearby parking lot. A nightclub is located below the building and is open on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, which may result in some noise on those nights.
