You'll also be conveniently located near local restaurants, shopping areas, and the famous Pork Highway in Guavate, all just minutes from the main highway.
Designed with a Tiny House concept, this cabin offers a comfortable and well-equipped space with everything you need for your stay, including electricity, running water, a fully equipped kitchenette, outdoor BBQ area, and Wi-Fi. Immerse yourself in nature, listen to the sounds of the native coquí, and relax in a serene environment. Since we are located in a lush rural area surrounded by nature, encountering local insects is a common and natural part of the countryside experience.
The property is equipped with a solar backup energy system and a water cistern to ensure comfort during your stay. Since we use solar energy and battery systems, we kindly encourage guests to conserve energy by turning off lights and appliances when not in use. For your convenience, the listing includes two dedicated parking spaces at no additional cost.
To maintain the tranquility of the environment, no parties or activities are permitted unless previously notified and accepted by the owner. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited. Pets are only allowed with prior authorization and an additional fee. An extra guest fee applies after two guests. Additionally, any unregistered guests may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, located within a private property where the owners also reside. You will be just 5 minutes from Walmart Supercenter, 3 minutes from Highway 52, and approximately 35 minutes from the airport and Old San Juan. Guests will have full access and privacy, though the host and co-hosts remain available via text or the app to ensure your stay is as smooth as possible. Come and enjoy a unique mountain experience where nature and comfort come together for an unforgettable stay.
