This home is situated in the center of ancient San Juan. Whether you're a history enthusiast, a food lover, or simply seeking a lavish and distinctive vacation experience, our residence in Old San Juan is the ideal choice. As you step into the house, you'll notice a gorgeous staircase and high ceilings. On the second floor, you'll discover an incredible industrial-style kitchen that will inspire even the most experienced chefs. The spacious living area includes a cozy sofa, perfect for larger groups or families. There are also two bedrooms on this floor, one with a king-sized bed and the other with a queen-sized bed. Each bedroom has an additional loft area with a full-sized bed and a private bathroom, providing ample space for up to ten guests.
The second floor also encompasses a fitness area with equipment, ideal for maintaining an active routine during your stay.
Furthermore, our property is eco-friendly, operating entirely on solar power for electricity and water heating. Utilizing solar panels, we offer a unique experience where showers in the afternoon benefit from the day's stored solar energy, providing a refreshing experience. However, the most remarkable feature of our house is the third floor, which comprises the master bedroom with exposed brick, a living area, and the home's most distinctive attribute: a green terrace garden on the rooftop. Featuring rectangular planters and herbs at your disposal, this 500-square-foot space is a genuine oasis in the heart of the city. A second, separate terrace provides unobstructed views of Old San Juan's vibrant buildings and cobblestone streets, complete with an 800-square-foot lawn, perfect for barbecues with our grill, and a seating area with an outdoor fireplace. The sprinkler system activates at 5 am and 6 am.
Please be aware that the Wi-Fi signal may not be strong due to the building's structure and the prevalent use of limestone. We encourage unplugging and enjoying your stay at this historic home. The home is located on a quiet street that ends at the east end of the Condado Lagoon. You can easily walk to the lagoon, and its a short walk to Ashford Ave, La Placita and Atlantic Beach. It's a perfect location to maximize convenience yet be away from the noise of the nightlife of Condado. This street features oversized lots not found in other areas of San Juan. You will have more space inside the property and free onsite parking not available in most parts of San Juan!

Our rules are in place to ensure we are good neighbors and to ensure the house in is kept in good working order for future guests. We appreciate your commitment to these rules.

Be mindful of our working neighbors.
No Parties or unauthorized guests. If unauthorized guests are identified, you will be charged an additional $100 per guest per night of the reservation.
No amplified noise or music, especially during quiet hours.
If we receive a noise complaint, we will charge a $250 fee. If police are called you could be subject to a fine up to $1000.
Please rinse off before entering the pool, especially if you have been to the beach. NO DIVING or JUMPING into the pool.
No glass containers in or near the pool.
Children should never be left unattended in the pool or backyard.
Please keep main gates closed at all times when not in use.
Failure to adhere to rules will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking without refund.
