Enter through a beautiful front patio lush with plants and comfortable seating. 🌿 The main house entrance opens to a spacious open plan common area which includes a living room, foyer, and dining room. An extremely charming tiled kitchen awaits for you to whip up your gourmet delights, leading to a beautiful back patio. There's also a delightful tiled bathroom with a shower downstairs. Please note, it takes a few minutes for the water to heat.
Upstairs, you'll find a large, light-flooded (during the day, very dark at night 😄) and sumptuous master bedroom. There's also a spacious children’s room with a king mattress, perfect for kids or adults. A cheerful guest room and vintage-style bathroom complete the experience!

- Lockbox access to the house and gated driveway.
Other things to note:
We own an Airbnb behind the house with completely separate and private access. If there are any concerns, like noise, please let us know. It is unlikely.

There are seasonal bugs that are attracted to light, so we advise turning off the lights to encourage them to move away. The home is located on a quiet street that ends at the east end of the Condado Lagoon. You can easily walk to the lagoon, and its a short walk to Ashford Ave, La Placita and Atlantic Beach. It's a perfect location to maximize convenience yet be away from the noise of the nightlife of Condado. This street features oversized lots not found in other areas of San Juan. You will have more space inside the property and free onsite parking not available in most parts of San Juan!
Our rules are in place to ensure we are good neighbors and to ensure the house in is kept in good working order for future guests. We appreciate your commitment to these rules.
Please review all house rules:
Be mindful of our working neighbors.
No Parties or unauthorized guests. If unauthorized guests are identified, you will be charged an additional $100 per guest per night of the reservation.
No amplified noise or music, especially during quiet hours.
If police are called you could be subject to a fine up to $1000.
Please rinse off before entering the spa, especially if you have been to the beach. NO DIVING or JUMPING into the spa.
No more than 5 people in the Jacuzzi at a time.
No glass containers in or near the spa.
Children should never be left unattended in the spa or backyard.
Please keep main gates closed at all times when not in use.
Any complaints about excessive noise or parties will result in the immediate cancellation of the remainder of your stay, without refund.
We can usually accommodate early check-in and late check-out.
