Description
Located on the second floor of the Puntas Tree House, this spacious two-bedroom suite is ideal for families or two couples looking to enjoy Rincon together while still having their own privacy. The unit features two fully private bedrooms with queen-size beds, a full kitchen, and a large private balcony with ocean views — perfect for morning coffee or sunset breezes.
The Puntas Tree House is a three-level home just steps from Sandy Beach. Each floor is a separate, private unit with its own entrance. The first floor is a one-bedroom studio for 2 guests, the second floor (this unit) sleeps up to 4 guests, and the third floor is a one-bedroom penthouse with futons in the living room for additional guests, also accommodating up to 4 people.
All units have access to shared outdoor areas and are designed to feel like your own personal beach retreat. Amenities include air conditioning in every bedroom, Wi-Fi, HDTVs with satellite TV (great for sports lovers!), and private parking for up to 5 vehicles. Shampoo and basic toiletries are also provided, and there’s a shared outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach.
The home features multiple balconies with beautiful views of the ocean, and the entire property is just a short stroll from Sandy Beach — one of the few sand-bottom beaches in Rincon and the heart of the action.
While you may occasionally see our housekeeper, property manager, or even one of us (Reno, Luly, Paulette, Betsy, or Brenda) tending to the landscaping or upkeep, we respect your privacy. Still, feel free to say hello or ask for local tips — we’re always happy to help you make the most of your trip!
We’re located in Puntas, a lively and walkable neighborhood with excellent restaurants, bars, and beachside nightlife. Casa Verde, just behind the property, offers live music on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. On those nights, the area is full of energy, and local bars can stay open until midnight on weekdays and 2am on weekends.
We’re also only 5 minutes away from the Rincon Lighthouse, a top spot for festivals, whale watching (December–April), and catching the sunset.
Puntas is a close-knit, welcoming community where you’ll feel right at home — just let folks know you’re staying at Luly & Reno’s Tree House!
We recommend renting a car to fully enjoy all Rincon and the west coast of Puerto Rico have to offer, though local taxi and shuttle services are available to get you to and from town and nearby airports.
