The apartment is located in the heart of Miramar, making it an excellent choice for small families or groups. Please note, the building has no elevator, so you’ll need to take the stairs to reach the apartment. and there is no designated parking available. Additionally, there’s a nightclub located downstairs, open only on Friday and Saturday nights, which may result in some noise during those times.
Inside, the apartment features high ceilings, a cozy living room, and a stylish modern kitchen, offering the perfect environment to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails.
