The apartment is located in the heart of Miramar, making it an excellent choice for small families or groups. Please note, the building has no elevator, so you’ll need to take the stairs to reach the apartment. and there is no designated parking available. Additionally, there’s a nightclub located downstairs, open only on Friday and Saturday nights, which may result in some noise during those times.

Inside, the apartment features high ceilings, a cozy living room, and a stylish modern kitchen, offering the perfect environment to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The space combines the comforts of home with the high standards of a hotel, making it an inviting place to relax after a day of exploring.

Upon entering, you'll find a spacious and comfortable sofa, perfect for unwinding while enjoying the views of Miramar through large floor-to-ceiling windows. The fully modernized kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, blender, and coffee maker, providing everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. You can even open the doors to let in the refreshing breeze while you dine, making it a great space to create memorable meals.

Miramar’s food scene is also fantastic, offering everything from vegan options to traditional Puerto Rican dishes. Recommended dining spots nearby include Melanzana, Casita Miramar, Puebla, 1919, Marmalade, and Rare 125. If you need more dining recommendations, feel free to ask!

For getting around, we recommend using Uber within the local area. If you're planning to explore outside San Juan, renting a car will be more convenient, as Uber and taxis may be harder to find in other areas. While the apartment doesn't have designated parking, there is a public parking lot across the street, and street parking is available nearby.

Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send detailed property information and dining/activity suggestions two days before check-in. Feel free to reach out for more personalized recommendations.

The building is equipped with a backup generator and a water cistern, but occasional power and water outages may still occur due to interruptions in the electric company's service. If there is a disruption lasting more than three hours, guests may cancel their reservation and request a refund for the unused nights, but no refunds will be provided for nights already stayed.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and includes a private balcony—an ideal spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking and dining at home: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils. For your comfort, we've also included a TV and a hair dryer.

Please note that the building does not have an elevator, so stairs are required to access the apartment. While private parking is not available, a secure 24-hour public parking lot is conveniently located just across the street.

To provide peace of mind during your stay, the building has a backup generator and a water cistern to help maintain essential services during power or water outages. While these measures are in place, occasional and unplanned interruptions in service may still occur due to issues with the electric company.

Additionally, tropical weather can bring occasional bugs, especially those attracted to light—so we suggest turning off lights near windows to help keep them away. While rare, these are all part of the island experience we love and want to share with you.
